The Antarctic albino octopus is a recent discovery. Ever since I saw this photo I couldn’t help but think of the Grays (the large eyes and pale skin).
This got me thinking that perhaps Grays are not vertebrates, or even bipedal at all, but some form of analogous alien cephalopod. After that, all of the other eyewitness clues just clicked into place.
(I worked on the Index and Bibliography today, two jobs just as challenging as pumping out a total of 45-60,000 words for the text.)
