Amazon has Conifer available for sale. It will be available for about a week or two and then it gets pulled.
Editor Sean Hoade at shoggoth.net has been publishing my new form of fiction, blending the mythos of H.P. Lovecraft’s world with the mythos of ufology. It is an experimental synthesis but seems to be getting some good reviews. I am devoting all of my “serious” fiction writing to this project. Hopefully, in perhaps two years, David Barker and I will write and have published a collection of short stories and a novella. Until then, please enjoy as new stories are published!

Some folks will ask, “Who’s the Dick on the cover of Conifer?”
“It’s Dick Cheney.”
It’s no secret that Conifer has been published on a shoestring budget. My original designs did not work well with Amazon’s CreateSpace cover templates. I had to come up with a single image that encapsulated Conifer. It’s about the Military Industrial Complex, introducing young adult readers to subversive thought, and the question “What is human?” A sneering Dick Cheney sums it all up. Whether or not this was truly the appropriate cover does not matter much as this will be a run of only 50 copies. The next time Conifer is seen will be as Part Two in a single volume entitled Saucerville. So wait ten years and the Dick will be gone.
